The Beacon Health Group Partnership operates over three sites, Danbury Medical Centre based in Danbury, Mountbatten House Surgery based in North Springfield and Moulsham Lodge Surgery based in central Chelmsford.
We are asking, if possible, that all patients wear a face mask/covering when attending the surgery for an appointment or for any other reason
Pre-book your Flu Vaccine - Over 65's
We are now booking flu appointments for the 19th September 2020 for the over 65's. Please contact reception to book.
The Beacon Health Group is OPEN and accepting new patients. We have changed the way we are working to allow us to stay operational and effective during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Appointments Danbury and Moulsham Lodge
Please contact the Surgery by telephone to make an appointment. Do NOT come to the Surgery. Most appointments will be telephone or video consultations in the first instance. If you need to be seen you will be invited to attend the Surgery.
Dispensary (Danbury only) during Covid-19
The Dispensary is OPEN and medication can be collected. Please use card payment only.
The times for collecting medication are: Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm and 3pm - 6.30pm.
Could we please ask where possible that you allow 72 hours instead of the usual 48 hours for collection of prescriptions and medication.
We are working with volunteers that will be helping to collect medication for patients that are in isolation. We also have a delivery service for Danbury patients, who are over 70 and on managed repeat. Please email the dispensary to request this service.

We have been looking at how we can improve access to Practice services; DoctorLink is our new online service where you can:

For all urgent appointments, we ask that you undertake a symptom assessment through DoctorLink.
The symptom assessment will ask you a number of questions to help to identify your problem.
The outcome of your assessment will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, nurse or self-care.
If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required at your GP practice, an email is automatically sent to the Practice.
You will then be contacted by the Practice Team, to arrange an appointment within the identified timeframe (as outlined in the outcome of your symptom checker).
The information you provide will be shared with our clinical team (where appropriate) and will assist in providing robust information of your problem to the required clinical team member prior to your appointment.
